The Vision of Excellence Guild was founded on the 14th September of 2005 and is therefore one of the oldest Guilds on The Venture Co Realm. We started as a very RP-focused Guild which demanded that all people joined based on RP-talks. Over the time and many crisis we proved to be a Guild that holds together by friendship and respect for one another as opposed to just being hunters of purple loot. This is the reason why we seek not only skilled and active people but also quality characterwise in the people that join us. To make it more obvious: We hardly ever kick out nice people because their lack of skill, but we do kick out skilled people because their lack of character! Since we have been founded as an RP Guild we ofcourse demand that our members follow the rules of a RP Realm and hope you actively try to help this server to be more of the RP Realm we want it to be.

  For the raiding we do right now it is highly important that you can use TeamSpeak and listen and follow orders. Since the beginning of our raids we promote a very nice and open way of leading. You will seldom hear shouts or curses whoever leads, but in return we expect you to listen and do as the raidleader tells you. You also need to be ready gearwise, have reagencies, all repaired up and always focused for raids. Please respect all raiding start times and be in place before the raid commence.

  That is what we expect from you. What can you expect from us? As any other Guild, we offer you a place you can feel at home with. We are a Guild where you can play, quest and raid with friends away from "leets". As we are focused on raiding we organize many raids to different instances including the old ones like AQ40 and Naxxramas because we beleive that it is still a challenge to go there and a nice training ground in case Blizzard one day decides to give us a new high-end 40-man instance. However, you will also find a decent part of RP and PvP in our lines as well.

However, a really good application is always striking and we love to atleast try to squeeze in a spot for those, so it might be worth trying anyway!
